We strive to deliver your products to you as soon as possible, but some items might not be in stock or might be damaged. As soon as we realise this, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund your payment method for this.
We've listed the weight of the items on our pre order section as an estimate. Because of this, the listed prices are just an estimate as well. If you receive your order and it has less grams than what is stated in the description, we will refund the difference to your original payment method. We provide our products in grams, so we cannot guarantee the amount of grams present in pre order items.
